Review

Known for its beautiful continental fare, I was treated to an expansive four course meal, deliciously prepared by Chef Anil Chabukswar. The spread boasts of delectable local delicacies and an eclectic mix of the finest global cuisine. ‘Uppu’ in Kannada means salt, and it is the first ingredient meant to be served during every Mysorean meal. La Uppu is a nod to the fusion of international and regional culinary traditions.

Celery and Barley broth served as a palate cleanser with a beautiful Jackfruit and Stem Prawn salad (with avocado and chilli lime dressing).

The main course included a luxurious Brandy Flame infused River Sole Fish while the dessert involved a decadent Chocolate Mania.
