She has mastered the art of transforming comfort food into exquisite experiences and her dishes are meant create intensely personal experiences for her guests.

About

The restaurant has a classic approach to a grand design. Designed by Gauri Khan, this luxurious dining space is opulent but refrains from being over the top.

Raw wood panels and repurposed old doors run through Arth, sporting a palette done up in classic blue, beige and flashes of gold.

Review

Arth uses ancient Indian methods of slow cooking. Each dish on the menu is rooted in the techniques of traditional cooking, prepared on wood or charcoal. The ingredients are sourced from far-flung corners of the country, including Majuli, Shillong, Khonoma, Alleppey, Mangalore, Guntur, Rishikesh and Kashmir. It simply never disappoints. A perfectly fused Indian meal that is delicious and different. A fine option for luxury dining with elegant interiors and food that’s even better.

The Amuse Bouche – a surprise to the palate as you bite into the soft white chocolate and your mouth is instantly flooded with Pani Puri water. It is served with their Tokri chaat, a take on the North Indian street food.

The delicious Butter Chicken Dosa and Naga Mushroom Gilawat.

Angoori Rabdi and Gajar ka Halwa

When it comes to decadent desserts, their Jalebi with Rabdi takes the cake!
