A passion project for Eesha Sukhi, The BlueBop Cafe has gained immense popularity in the last few years. The restaurant is fueled by Eesha’s 15 years of marketing and sales experience across International Tech, F&B, Fashion Retail and Media brands in India. She envisioned creating a space for her guests to spark connections over meals while delivering an exquisite dining experience – leading to the creation of The BlueBop cafe, a place that embraces a diversified Italian, American menu with artisanal cocktails.

The decor invites you to a cosy, intimate space with luxurious booths and a wooden bar, giving off a classic old world charm. They have a small stage set up for artists to head up their performances and even host curated jam sessions! Attention was given to the materials used for the ceiling, pillars and glass panels to ensure that the acoustics remain uniform. It’s the perfect place to to sit down and enjoy a good meal with great music.

Inspired by the jazz cafes of New York, the menu features Italian American cuisine. With a variety of gluten free and vegan options, this space caters to every dietary preference. An array of delectable appetizers and brilliant cocktail concoctions gives you a “smooth” dining experience. It even boasts of an in-house bakery where fresh loaves of bread, doughs, desserts, sauces, and dips are made. The cheese, meats, and salmon are imported and the cocktails are unique – prepared using modern sous vide techniques, infusions and syrups that are also made in-house.
